TOPS Knives Trailhead Kukri

The Trailhead Kukri, designed by Jason Swain, is a modern interpretation of a design that has been around for more than 400 years. Jason originally wanted to design an EDC knife that he hadn't seen anywhere else. He was thinking about his time as a biker and his experience with knives today. He has always been a fan of Karambit style knives, but also a fan of Kukris. At first glance, these two types of knives don't necessarily go together. But with a little creativity, they make a really great design. The Trailhead Kukri is a successful example of a sensible combination of different shapes. It is ideal as a camping and hiking knife, but is not too big to be used as an EDC knife with a fixed blade. The outdoor knife is equipped with tried-and-tested 1095 carbon steel, black Micarta handle scales and a perfectly fitting Kydex sheath.
