The Meerkat Burgundy Micro-Melt PD#1 Black Blade Sprint Run is one of Spyderco’s most unique designs. This air-hardening, cold-work die steel is specifically formulated for superior wear resistance and toughness. Its properties are further enhanced through the CarTech Micro-Melt powder metal process, ensuring an extremely fine, homogeneous microstructure. The full-flat-ground PlainEdge blade of this elite knife is coated with a non-reflective titanium carbonitride (TiCN) finish. The handle scales are made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) and injection molded in a deep burgundy color.
